I do like ordering from Teabox, and when the teas I want are actually available, the experience is usually fine. But a lot of the ones I look for seem to be out of stock way too often. After checking back again and again, it starts to feel a bit draining. I’ll still order when they have what I want, but I wish it wasn’t such a hassle.

The Darjeeling tea tasted pretty much like they described, and I did enjoy it overall. That said, I think a lot of customers like me would feel more confident if there were clearer details or proof about the estate it comes from. It’s a good tea, I’m just not completely convinced yet.

I ordered some tea from teabox i was excited at first because the teas looked great. Then the customs charges showed up out of nowhere and kind of ruined the whole thing. The tracking just sat there for ages, and suddenly I was the one trying to figure out what paperwork was needed, which was not exactly the relaxing tea experience I had in mind.
Support did reply, so I’ll give them that, but the answers were really basic and didn’t help much with the customs mess. Maybe it’s not fully their fault, I don’t know, but from my side the order ended up costing more and taking way more effort than it was worth. Super frustrating, though I guess the tea might’ve been nice. I’m not planning to order again

My tea arrived safely, and thankfully nothing inside was damaged. The outer box was a little crushed though, and the packing didn’t look as neat as I expected. It’s not a huge issue since the tea itself was fine, but for the price, I personally expected the packaging to be a bit more careful.

"Nice tea, but disappointing as a gift"
I ordered from Teabox for a birthday gift, and I was a bit let down. The box showed up slightly dented, so it didn’t really have that nice gift-worthy look I was expecting. The tea itself was fine, but the overall presentation felt plain, and I ended up having to re-pack it myself, which was annoying. I also reached out with a couple of questions and kept getting inconsistent answers, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be...

"Decent tea, frustrating refund process"
The tea itself was okay, nothing really wrong with it. But the return and refund process was where things got annoying. I started noticing a pattern quickly: I’d send an email, wait a few days, get a vague or delayed reply, then have to follow up again just to keep things moving. The refund also took longer than I expected, and it felt like if I wasn’t checking in, nothing would really happen. Not the worst experience I’ve had, but definitely more hassle than it should’ve been.

"Good tea, but a bit pricey"
I’ve ordered from teabox around a couple of times now, the tea is good. It tastes fresh and the packaging was totally fine too. That said, the prices feel about a little higher than I expected for what you get. Some teas definitely felt worth it, but others made me feel like I was paying extra just for the brand and shipping. It’s not a bad shop at all, just probably not somewhere I’d order from all the time unless there’s a discount going on.

"Good tea, but I expected more consistency"
I’ve ordered from Teabox a few times now, and overall the tea is decent. Some brews come out really nice and full-bodied, but other times they taste a bit flat even when I’m using the same amount and steeping for the same time. It’s not bad tea by any means, but at this price point I was expecting the quality to feel a little more consistent from batch to batch.

"I used Teabox for a few weeks…"
I used Teabox for a few weeks because I was kind of hoping it might help a little with digestion and sleep. The taste was generally fine, nothing bad, but I can’t say I noticed a huge difference. A couple of the teas felt weak even when I steeped them longer than usual. Shipping was totally okay, no real complaints there. Overall, I’d say it’s probably fine if you just want to try different teas, but for the price, I’m not really convinced it’s worth it if you’re mainly buying for wellness benefits

"Pretty disappointed with my order"
I wasn’t really happy with my experience ordering from teabox.com. Everything felt slower than I expected, and overall it was kind of disappointing, especially for what I paid. Maybe I just had bad luck, but it didn’t feel worth it to me. Has anyone else run into the same issue with their order?

"Easy to Use, But Needs Some Smoothing Out"
I found Teabox easy to browse, and I liked that the tea details were simple to find. The photos loaded fine, and checkout wasn’t really a hassle. That said, the site did feel a bit slow at times, and the filters didn’t always help me narrow things down the way I expected. Some pages also felt kind of cramped on mobile. It’s not a bad site overall, but whoever runs this should definitely clean up the browsing experience a bit.

"Decent teas, but the aroma was hit or miss"
The delivery was fine and everything arrived in good shape, but the teas were a little mixed for me. A couple of them smelled really fresh when I opened the packet, which I liked, but others had this kind of flat smell, especially compared to what I was expecting for the price. Nothing was bad exactly, I just hoped the aroma would be a bit stronger and more noticeable. Overall, it was okay, just not super memorable for me.

"Not bad, but also kind of awful"
I wanted to like this, and it wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever eaten, but it really does taste a bit like cardboard. The texture was okay in a weird way, and I still finished it, so clearly it wasn’t completely inedible. But would I buy it again? Probably not.

"Great tea selection, but browsing took a while"
I was in a relaxed mood and just felt like exploring some new teas, so I checked out Teabox. They really do have a nice variety, especially if you enjoy trying different kinds. I came across green, black, oolong, and a bunch of blends too, which was nice. The only thing is there were almost too many options, and the filters didn’t really make it much easier for me. I ended up spending more time than I expected trying to choose. Overall, not a bad experience, but the site could be a bit easier to browse.

I was expecting that nice fresh tea smell when I opened the pack, but it was kind of flat. It wasn’t bad or anything, just didn’t really have much to it. Even after brewing, it still didn’t give off that cozy tea aroma I was hoping for. Maybe it was an older batch, but i was a little let down

The tea itself was okay, nothing amazing but not bad. The frustrating part was dealing with customer service when there was an issue with my order. They took way too long to reply, and I had to message them again just to get a clear answer. It felt like I wasted extra time and energy chasing them for something that should’ve been simple. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be

"Canceling Shouldn’t Be This Hard"
I tried to cancel my tea subscription, which apparently was a much bigger task than it needed to be, because I kept getting charged anyway. Customer support took their sweet time getting back to me and wasn’t exactly helpful when they finally did. Love paying for something I clearly didn’t want anymore. Definitely won’t be using this again.
